Yoga is considered one of the corner stones of the Indian wisdom ayurveda, but many modern yoga practitioners are not aware of the benefits of Ayurveda in their Yoga practice.

The one-day workshop Ayurveda-Yoga lifestyle will give an insight in how anyone can design and practice yoga according to their present body-mind status and heal the symptoms of their body and mind. For example, how to design a personal yoga program to heal migraine, stomach issues, back problems or to eliminate mental issues like stress, anxiety or depression.

10.00 – 11.30 Introduction to Ayurveda and The five pillars of Yoga Therapy (Theory)

11.30 – 13.00 Yoga Therapy (Practice)(Dharana, Pranayama and Vinyasa for different body and mind types and imbalances)

LUNCH

15.00 – 16.30 PDE – the balanced and imbalanced state of body and mind (Theory)

16.30 – 18.00 Yoga (Practice) (Asana and Dhyana practice for different body and mind types and imbalances)
